Receiving Email from the Pool

Greenbriar Pool Club uses Mailchimp to manage email communication with the Pool Community.  Your Member Splash account automatically syncs to Mailchimp.  Adding or updating your email address is how you “opt in” to email communication. No further steps are needed on your part.

There are two main reasons why you might not be receiving email when you think you should:

  • The first is that your email address might be listed for more than one member on your account.  Each member should have a unique email address (or no email address) listed under their member details.  If the same email address is listed for multiple members, you will not receive any email communication.  If this is the case, delete the duplicate email address from all but one of the members where it is listed.  No further steps are need on your part; do not fill out and submit the form below.
  • The second reason you may not be receiving email is you opted out by  clicking the “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of a Mailchimp email.  Clicking on that link unsubscribes you from all email communication from the pool.  If you accidentally unsubscribed and wish to resubscribe, please fill out the form below.  You will receive an email with instructions about opting back in within 1-2 days business days.

Did you accidentally click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of a pool email? Fill out this form to resubscribe. You will receive an email with opt in instructions within 1-2 business days.
  • Please enter a number from 1 to 600.
  • For each member on your account not receiving email, please give their name and email address. Use the + sign to add additional family members who need to opt back in to email.
